with the participation of Marcela Moraga and Gian Piero Frascinelli.

Through the performance I explored the possibility of a dialogic, active and mobile museum.

The Mobile exhibition space is feminist and decolonial. It criticizes the western museum as a colonial white and patriarchal institution. In this case, together with Master students of the University of Anthropology of Florence we reflected about the Museums of Anthropology building up a space-action of ephemeral existence where the presented pieces belong to live communities. We connected the pieces with the current context and problematics of the ethnic groups of precedence of the objects (Aymara, Guaraní and Mapuche, from South America), and the fight for their rights. We also reflected about how subaltern practices resist westernization. The exhibited pieces are crafts acquired by Oretta and Gian Piero Frascinelli, acquired beteween 1969 and 1973 in South America.
